Hello, Prince's Gambit Backers!

The card printer is set with files and info, and we expect proofs sometime after we get back in January. As is typical with this phase of creation, there's not much more to where we are with the project. If the proofs look good, then the printing, box-making, loading the decks in the boxes, and shrink-wrapping won't be too long. Then we have to ship them from China, and that may take a while to get across the ocean and through US customs, etc.

Also, just wanted to point out that if you need information more frequently than these monthly Updates, we have several ways to get that to you. The first is to review my weekly Monday Meeting Notes blog, which you can find on our website, here: http://theonyxpath.com/category/news/monday-meeting/

Down near the end we have a weekly progress report on all of our ongoing projects, starting with the Initial Draft stage of when writers have started writing, all the way to the At Press stage of when projects are getting completed and towards being made available. You can also get the weekly blog emailed to you, so you don't have to hunt for it, by joining our Onyx Path Mailing List on the right side of our website.

You can ask questions in the comments for the Monday Meeting Notes blog which I pop in to answer during the course of the week, and also ask questions on our Twitter and Facebook accounts, and on our Onyx Path forums where we have sections dedicated to our game lines.

Finally, as this comes up a lot: if you need to change your address after the Backer Surveys have gone out and been returned, you can access your Survey response using the same url as for the Survey and make the changes needed right there. Easy peasy!

We've got our files specced for the printer and are settling the last manufacturing choices with them. Then, it's up to our printer to get the cards, rules, and boxes done and assembled.

More news on that as we get them going.

If you missed it, we released the official Onyx Path Dice Rolling App a couple of weeks ago. Our App Devs have already made a bunch of upgrades and updates based on customer feedback, and there's more to come including additional dice styles.

Prince's Gambit PDF/electronic Links Sent!

I just sent out the links for the Prince's Gambit PDF/electronic reward to backers who pledged for a Reward Tier that includes a Prince's Gambit PDF. I also sent the wallpaper and V20 PDF to those backers whose rewards included them.

Please check your spam folders before messaging me (these links weren't from the Kickstarter site but from the BackerKit site), but if you do have problems, we'll figure it out.

Likewise, if you get the messages with the link(s) but for some reason the download isn't working, please contact DTRPG customer service before contacting me as I have no ability to engage on that aspect of getting you your reward(s). Either way, we will figure out any problems so you get your files. No worries!

We encourage all backers to let us know if you find any errors we may have missed. Please send all errata to us by posted in the thread dedicated to that on our V20 forums, here: http://forum.theonyxpath.com/forum/main-category/main-forum/the-classic-world-of-darkness/vampire-the-masquerade/1150443-prince-s-gambit-errata. This thread will be the only place we’ll be checking for errata. Once we make any corrections your backer PDF will be updated and can be re-downloaded with the correction via your DTRPG Library.

After we gather whatever errata there might be and implement that, we'll prepare the printing files and get the set out to our printers, get our friends at DogMight to start creating the special wooden cases, and we'll be in the manufacturing phase.

Basically, we are down to working with our amazing artists to finish the rest of the extra art we commissioned after the Kickstarter ended. Once those come in, and both artists tell us they'll be done mid-October, we'll submit the finished set to White Wolf for final approval, and get you out your Backer PDF versions.

And then, get the files ready for printing in China and then shipping them back here to get out to all of you.

We're back from GenCon50 where it seemed that lots of players had fun trying out the Prince's Gambit demos that we had running! This was excellent to hear, and we also got confirmation that our clan cards artist Mark Kelly was planning on roaring into finishing the new clan art after he returned from the con.
